How we handle personal data on this website.
1. Controller

2. Hosting and server log files
When you access our website, the web server processes technically necessary data to provide the site and ensure system stability and security (e.g. IP address, date and time of access, page requested, browser type and operating system). The legal basis is our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
3. No cookies, no tracking services
This website uses no cookies and sets no tracking, analytics or advertising tools (such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel). We do not create user profiles.
4. Locally hosted fonts
The fonts used on this website (Archivo and IBM Plex Sans) are delivered directly from our own web server. At no point is a connection established to external servers such as Google Fonts.
5. Project and contact enquiries
When you contact us via our contact form or by email, we process the information you voluntarily provide (such as name, organisation, email address, phone number, location and message) to respond to your request. The processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (your consent). Enquiries are handled internally and are not passed on to unauthorised third parties.
6. Embedded YouTube videos
On selected pages we embed videos using a privacy-friendly two-click solution via the domain youtube-nocookie.com. By default, the embed is deactivated so that no connection to Google or YouTube servers is established and no personal data is transmitted when the page is loaded. Only when you actively click the video preview ("Load & play video") is the connection to YouTube established and your IP address as well as technical device data transmitted to Google LLC.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, withdrawal of consent and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law, you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the Österreichische Datenschutzbehörde (Barichgasse 40-42, 1030 Vienna, www.dsb.gv.at).
